We were struggling with the RV Dealer performing warranty services. They had our motorhome for over 7 months. We had reached a point where they stopped communicating totally and we were concerned. Based off of Mr. Fostel's recommendation and his knowledge of the Lemmon Law and our rights as a consumer, he was able get the manufacture to step in over the dealership and resolve our warranty work in a timely manner.
