Worst experience I’ve ever had with a law firm I don’t recommend it you guys listen Greg the lawyer recently passed away a few months ago and the law firm didn’t even reach out to me as a client who has been waiting on a case to settle since 2020 they didn’t even reach out to us to let us know he passed away after awhile of not getting any response I went to the office and finally was informed Mr.Greg Rushing had passed. I don’t know what’s going on because they failed to inform my yet anything about my case since Greg passed away the new attorney which is supposedly his brother David hasn’t been cooperative at all I tried to reach out to him but nobody is responding back this is just unbelievable and unreal how us as clients are being kept blind due to non-communication Greg was a good lawyer he made sure his client was taken care of but since he has passed away I don’t know what going on with my case and haven’t gotten any good news from this law firm. Since Greg has passed away I would not recommend anybody else here because it has been the worst experience after me getting hit by a 18 wheeler and his brother David is generally a criminal defense lawyer this is not what I signed up for but we will see how this works out as I’m still waiting on Deposition I been dealing with this case since 2020 and I will be happy when it’s finally settles but from the looks of it my case is in the wrong hands and who knows when it will be settle maybe 4 more years from now with the way it going.

Terrible service doesn’t return phone calls or emails doesn’t seem to care about his clients talks to clients like they are stupid, had a scheduled deposition for 1/15/2024 at 930 and we waited on the zoom call with the other lawyer and mediator for 30min and no one joined the call. its going on 2 years since our accident and nothing has been done and still cant seem to get anyone to return calls or emails. as stated before they do not care about their clients so as of now i am filing a grievance with the state
