Rachel Goodman1 StarIn my opinion I didn't feel like a client. I was shifted to a 2nd attorney halfway through my time there. I had times where I had to send the same email 5 times to get a response. I was also unhappy with the length of time (almost 2 yrs). I had an encounter with 2 of the lawyers that was not fun, also making me feel like I wasn't a client. I just read another review from 6 months ago that read a lot lot like mine. There are too many firms in Houston...my suggestion is not to pick this one.Wednesday 24th April 2024

Chels George2 StarUnder no circumstance would I work with them again. I’ve worked with them twice now. First experience was great, the second was miserable. They were very disorganized, and the communication was non-existent unless I was reaching out first (often times, not getting a response without reaching out multiple times). There was also quite a bit of turnover that caused issues early on - every few weeks it seemed that I had a new case manager. Now that everything has been closed out, I’ve been emailing them for two months straight trying to get something squared away and most of those emails have gone unanswered.
