I highly recommend lost Law firm when I came and I had four kinds of cancer. They fought State Farm and one big time and and since then they stood up for me in a car accident Alex and wonderful helping me settle it. I’m extremely satisfied with him whenever I have a legal problem doing with an accident or almost or something along that line and I have an asked if they do other loss but they are definitely my number one law firm. Also I was at Steve Moss funeral and I was very sad by the loss of him and Amber is doing a great job caring on the name and children.

Hard to get a return call, I’ve been a client since October of 2023 and I’ve only been able to speak to the actual attorney twice. Once this firm realized that my case wasn’t the million dollar case that they were expecting due to the other party not having sufficient coverage, they pretty much washed their hands. It’s hard to get real answers and even the doctors they sent me to are no longer helping although I have my own private medical insurance. LeRysha gives horribly inaccurate information and tends to make matters worse the more she speaks. Here are a few statements she’s made in the last 3 months; “yes the ambulance service will still bill you for riding as a passenger with the injured party just like Uber makes you pay for rides” “You should just go ahead and sign for the offer because we’ve had clients lose their kids in accidents and they didn’t get anything, so I think that’s best” I asked if they received some paperwork work that was sent in 2/3 months prior and LeRysha replied with “ I’ve been out sick with Covid for a week.” 🤦🏾‍♀️ Vantrice doesn’t have a great attitude either, however she worked closer with my fiancé so I will have him write about his own experience with her. No one actually holds them accountable. Instead they will just have Lucy or someone else contact you. I asked to make a formal complaint and speak with Amber Mostyn and I’ve yet to hear from her. No one actually acknowledged anything I’ve said. They have a text line that absolutely no one responds to and I mean not even an “ok” For months they said they couldn’t retrieve my police report although I sent in all the information provided to me the night of the accident immediately upon accepting Mostyn Law as my firm. I took it upon myself and did my own leg work by contacting the police department directly and simply asking if they could send the police report out to the insurance companies, they literally sent it the next day with no hesitation. I am not sure about all these reviews with the 5 star rating because the only time I’ve actually received 5 star service from this firm is when they delivered me flowers in the hospital. And even the case manager that was assigned to me then sat in my hospital room crying, telling me how much she was going to be there, come visit during my hospital stay to go over my case, etc. I haven’t seen nor spoken to that lady since then. It was literally my first and last time meeting her. Lastly, this isn’t even the company that I was expecting. I thought that I was contacting a popular car wreck attorney with a similar number. However being in the hospital, under the influence of different types of medication I didn’t realize this until much later when I wanted to speak with the owner of the firm. So now not only do I feel bamboozled, I feel unheard, unassisted, unsure, alone, and frustrated. And now I’m having a hard time getting another attorney to take my case because Mostyn Law has already started. I absolutely DO NOT recommend Mostyn Law at all. I would search and call multiple law firms before settling with this one. I do not feel that my voice is heard, my needs have not been met and most likely will not be met at this rate. It almost feels as if they are working to protect the at fault party instead of myself and my fiancé. In the meantime I am looking for resources via the TX AG and TX State Bar. Hopefully things will get better for me. Hopefully I can find someone that is more willing to listen and help.🤞🏾 Please thoroughly do your research before agreeing to allow Mostyn Law to handle your case.

Ashley Mascorro the intake Manager with Mostyn Law has been amazing. She made sure that I got my medication so that I wouldn't be in pain over the holiday weekend. Thank you for going above and beyond Ashley bless you! Mostyn Law took care of me and my needs after someone ran the stop light and hit me. The whole team very professional and cares about their clients. I would most definitely recommend Mostyn Law to anyone who needs a lawyer to act in their best interest.

I don’t know about some of these reviews but they did their job. 🤭 I was a bit skeptical in the beginning but it was not their fault it was HPD fault it took HPD 3 almost 4 months to get my police report out and complete after that it was smooth sailing. Let’s just say we settled well. ☺️ Thank you Mostyn law and a special thank you to Vantrese who had to listen to me cry like a baby on the phone when the accident first happened.

Everyone was so helpful and was very patient with me and helping me with the entire process. Vantrese was exceptionally helpful and always answered ant questions I had. She's was a great help.
