The only one who truly helped was Ms Kimberly Warren. She alone would be worth 4 stars, however my actual case manager didn’t do much. Do not use Whitehead & Associates!!! Case manager Barbara Milan was no help. I constantly had to call her. She called me by the wrong name at initial interview and seemed distracted. I got a letter from them saying congratulations they received word my benefits went through. A week and a half after I knew. That’s because I did all the legwork. Once my case was transferred to local SSA she said no one was calling her back and gave US the number to follow up. They called me back immediately and I got everything they asked for.

I handled all of my debates regarding my disability. I reached the point where I could no longer gain any ground. I searched for months looking to identify someone who could represent me going forward on my open issues. I had four legal firms refuse to represent me regarding my outstanding issues. I kept searching and found Marc Whitehead & Associates. They were great! they responded quickly and were ready to go to work for me. The way they communicated with me and kept me informed of every move they were making was superb. If I needed further help in the future I would not even check with someone else.
