I hired Jason Castañeda to help me out on my fathers immigration case and we paid a good amount to receive such poor service. The office people never respond back or call to keep you updated on the case. We had to keep calling and bothering the office to receive an update. The lawyer did not seem so confident in winning the case and did not show up to one of the scheduled court dates.My father got deported after being in ICE for 7 months and he now lives in Mexico, where he has not been in over 20 years.We have to start a new process in order for him to be home with his family again.We never received any information after the deportation, about any refunds or anything since we paid for a criminal case in Harris county as well.I did expect the best out of him and that is not what we received. Go elsewhere to find good efficient law services.

My experience with Jason Castaneda Law Office/Staff was excellent, I choose him right away because he knew everything regarding immigration. Him and his staff was very helpful in terms of advise and what I needed for my husband case. His assistance was responsive and attentive whenever I needed her help with my husband documents. My husband was detained in Port Isabel Texas since May and was release last week August 1st. I would highly recommend Jason and his staff to anyone who is facing immigration problems.

Jason and his team worked tirelessly for 2years to resolve international estate issue. Extremely knowledgeable and tenacious and a great Attorney to have on your side. Jason and his team don't give up and they bring appropriate resources to tackle difficult situations. So very detailed in their work. Multiple depositions, subpoenas, a room full of boxes with fact findings. They went way above and beyond the call of duty. Pleasure to work with wonderful customer service.

I'm very disappointed. After him being very highly recommended. We decided to make an appointment for a consultation. I really Should not have given this attorney a star but I had to, to be able to write our expIerence. My husband went to see Mr. Castaneda for some advice and answers regarding his legal status. Keep in mind my husband is legally here. We just weren't sure if it was safe to renew his green card after all that was happening. Mr. Castaneda said he would give him answers in one week. But for him to do the research he charged $500. My husband went ahead and paid the $500 right then and there and waited a week
