I got hit in April 2018 in a hit-and-run collision with a pickup truck, which I managed to chase and get the license plate from. My friend recommended me to call Gloria and it was honestly the best thing I could have done. She was very attentive to my case, and she was always easy to reach through phone or txt. She always answered my txts or called me back within a few hours after leaving her a message, but it was always that same day that she got back to me. She was patient and helpful, always explaining things thoroughly and made sure I was being updated on the case. Before the end of the year, she had resolved my case and got me a favorable settlement. My mom had gotten into an accident a month before I did and she still hasn’t heard much from the Law Firm she hired and they never answer her phone calls.. she kinda gave up. What a different experience we both had. I can’t thank her enough, I’ll always recommend her to my friends and family.
