This firm has hardworking people. They helped me a lot in my case and have done a lot for me in life, I won’t forget them. Settlement - 17,000. I am forever in debt towards intuitive attorney and skilled communicator Kashif Mehmood. He took interest in my case and set me up for a brighter future in life post-injury. Signing up under him was the experience of a lifetime. It’s almost pathetic how much I’ll miss the whole PI experience - it’s imprinted on me. I owe Kashif, even if the final settlement conversations were tense (it’s easy for us to feel like we’re negotiating against our attorneys and their loyalties to the business in this phase.) I’ll always feel like I let him down and should’ve found a way to treat more after he brought me there & spoke for me. This firm is efficient as well, especially bilingual attorney Antonio Cabrera. He is a headstrong personality that will fight for his clients. Antonio negotiated a strong settlement for me when he didn’t have to go as above and beyond as he did - he’s built like that. Note, if you give Antonio the respect of telling him with advanced notice that you’re not comfortable medically treating anymore, he’ll close the case right then and there. In fact, he’ll share that message with every employee in the office so that every employee can interact with you appropriately as your case closes. He’ll get you your settlement check and have someone walk you right out the door. He does business in a classy way, it will be difficult for me to forget how he handles closing cases. Everyone has their own style I suppose. At points my case got turbulent because we had a rogue insurance adjuster. Despite this rogue adjuster’s pattern of not completing assignments & contributing to the demotions/firings of his supervisors, this adjuster was protected by an important relative and allowed to dictate my case? It was hard for me to trust that this adjuster would not ruin my case. I had heard what this adjuster’s work did to 3 cases before mine. No matter what assurances I got from the insurance company about not stressing it, I knew that bad offers would hurt me in the end - numbers are numbers. Fortunately, my attorneys got me reassigned to a new insurance adjuster before settling my case. I still feel like my case could’ve developed differently if it wasn’t married to the rogue adjusters for as long as it was, or maybe even if I got some support instead of blame. Destiny will always do its thing though. Further, this firm will pull things off when you least expect it. While negotiating my case, some attorney convinced the insurance company to give me credit for a full day of medical treatment instead of a half day on my last day. The owner of this firm acknowledged me personally on a few occasions as well, that’s a classy gesture to clients. These attorneys deserve the 5 star rating. Not just Kashif or Antonio, any attorney who still settles cases there knows what they are doing, important emphasis on those that still settle cases. They have one attorney, who I thought was my friend, but is a little suspect. He will turn on you the moment he thinks you’re too ambitious and competitive - I don’t think he likes competing and holds it against those that do. This firm is good for plaintiffs and wants to get you up to speed so that you can follow the great Robin Williams’ advice in Dead Poets Society “Carpe Diem.”

After getting into an auto accident, my car was totaled and I wasn’t sure what Id do. With the help of attorneys, William Reade and Kashif Mehmood, This entire process was easy and stress free. They referred me to a clinic immediately and had my treatments get started for the injuries sustained during the wreck. They also got me in a rental vehicle right after the wreck, until my car was being repaired. While this entire process can be long and annoying, the attorneys and staff at JKZ & Associates took care of everything for me and really made this an easy process. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a personal injury attorney!
