Attorney Mr. Jim Gutheinz handled our custody case and was an amazing advocate. Never had any issues with anything! His communication was always on point, he handled the paperwork with ease, and was very diligent with looking out for our best interests and finances. Our first court appearance was the day of a family members funeral, but he still showed up to court because he knew how important it was and how hard we all had worked to get there. I hired Jim for my divorce and it was the best decision I had made. He was very responsive and told me how everything will go, and if it went another route then we would go with plan b, but there was no hidden fees he was honest and told me the prices before signing. It went by fast as well best decision to make. He is the lawyer I recommend. Also Esmeralda was very helpful and would always answer my questions not once did I receive the run around. Really great law firm!
