I knew Danielle Ross and her parents from church so I trusted them. When I was stationary on my motorcycle and woke up in the hospital, our lives were thrown into a tailspin. For about a month my wife was having to do everything I used to do, my kids were stressed out as well, and medical bills were piling up. Add to that how I had no idea what we’d face as I went through the healing process, and we were so thankful for Danielle’s expert work! From the very beginning, Danielle was both professional and warm, understanding and knowledgeable. She helped us understand the process, what we needed to do, and took a great responsibility from our shoulders. I appreciate her attentiveness, attention to detail, and kindness toward my wife and me. I was in a bad wreck in texas and i live in Tennessee. I called a few places and to see what my rights were and alot of places were all about the money. But when i got ahold of the Dean Law firm it was like talking to one of my family members. It was instant friendship built, i hope i never need another lawyer again but if i do i know who i will be calling. When you call the office you are always greeted with a nice pleasant voice of Trina and if your having a bad day she will put a smile your face.
