I feel like they prioritize new clients than the established clients. It takes multiple tries to reach someone over the phone and if you try to change your appointment it takes about 3 weeks to get another one.

They need to do better at scheduling appointments to clients in a timely manner, and more knowledgeable at all levels when you call for information. The only easy task is to make a payment.

I made an appointment for 12pm and they had me waiting in the office for longer than 30 minutes, and never called me. I had to request the time from my job to be able to come, it is not okay that you all play with people’s time. We also have to work and if you ask me to be at 12pm there I would expect to be seen at 12pm, otherwise just be mindful and reschedule the appointment. If it is like that for the first appointment I cannot imagine how would be the rest of the process.

If I could give a 0, I would. The assistant lawyer is really nice but not once have I spoken to this lawyer. My case should have already been approved. They only call for payments( we asked if we paid in full if it made a difference they said no) I literally know people who have been in process less than a year and already got their paper, and that’s considering the fact that they have a “worse” case than me. Came as a kid (4) been here the whole time have never left married and with a kid and I’ve been “waiting” for 2 years already. I feel like they haven’t actually done anything and I’m about to start trying to transfer to another lawyer. NEVER EVER COME HERE. DO NOT RECOMMEND
